Description
Located in the revitalized East Village, of Downtown San Diego, Art Block Offices take up the first floor of the corner of F Street and 13 Street. This 9,000 square foot space has been reimagined into a dynamic office space. Utilizing it’s split grade elevation; we placed windows on the upper portion of the exterior walls to allow the natural light to flood the space. This open office layout gives a sense of openness to workers while also giving the interior an opportunity to have a flexible furniture layout.
