Description
This 3,200 square foot restaurant tenant improvement in the heart of Hillcrest. Originally a small single-family home, this space had been transformed into a restaurant long ago. In order to honor the history of the building the façade was not altered and two existing patio areas incorporate original elements of the building, such as the spiral staircase in the interior courtyard and wood trellis along the front of the building. A fully renovated kitchen will be equipped to handle the in-house demand as well as the take-out orders on a busy Sunday afternoon.
