Description

Renovation of the original Servant wing of the Historic 1929 Crown manor.
The Tudor Revival Style mansion located on Ocean Blvd, named the Crown Manor by Larry Lawrence, is a palatial estate, which spans more than 160 square feet of ocean front and has seen its fair share of people from all walks of life. It has been used as a Presidential Estate, family home, vacation home, showcase, and has hosted charitable, community and political events. If the walls could talk, imagine the tales they could whisper.

Scope of work to included a complete renovation, down to bare studs on all four floors.

Spaces included in the 6,000 sf renovation:
Lower level – Mechanical room, Spa and Wine Cellar
1st level – Commercial Kitchen, Security office and Wine tasting room
2nd level – Speak easy room, 2 guest rooms, formal restroom
3rd level -Juice bar, Changing room and fitness room
